IBM is not for the faint of heart. If you have been diagnosed with IBM know that others have gone before you and found ways to still have some quality of life. The downside is your life will never be the same and you will have to adjust to constantly changing physical limitations, the upside is that its not a death sentence and you are a lot better off than those diagnosed with life ending diseases and conditions. Lets talk about ways to make the most of every day coping with IBM.
